A good interior job is mostly preparation. We move and cover what stays, fill the nail pops and hairline cracks that show up in Florida block homes, caulk the gaps along trim, and spot-prime the repairs so they do not flash through the finish.

From there it is straight lines and even coverage — crisp cut lines at the ceiling, full coats rolled out wet edge to wet edge, and a walkthrough with you before we load the truck.

What is included

  • Furniture moved to the center and covered, floors protected
  • Nail pops, dents and hairline cracks patched and sanded
  • Caulking at trim, baseboards and door casings
  • Spot priming over patches, stains and bare drywall
  • Two full coats on walls unless the color says otherwise
  • Ceilings, trim, doors and closets painted on request
  • Daily cleanup and a final walkthrough with you

How the job runs

  1. 1

    Walkthrough

We look at every room, talk through colors and sheens, and write the scope down so nothing is assumed.

  2. 2

    Protect and prep

Cover, patch, sand and caulk. This is where most of the labor goes and it is why the finish lasts.

  3. 3

    Prime and paint

Spot prime the repairs, then roll out full coats with cut lines done by hand.

  4. 4

    Clean and inspect

Everything goes back where it belongs and we walk the job with you before we leave.

Common questions

Do I need to move out while you paint?

No. We work room by room so you keep the rest of the house. Most interiors are done in a few days, and low-odor products keep things livable while we work.

Do you paint ceilings and trim too?

Yes. Ceilings, baseboards, casings, doors and closets can all be included — just tell us what you want covered when we quote it.

Can you help me pick colors?

We will talk through sheens and how a color reads in your light, and we are happy to look at samples on your wall before you commit.
