Exterior Painting on the Treasure Coast
Stucco, block and siding — washed, sealed and coated to stand up to coastal sun and salt air.

Coastal exteriors take a beating. Salt air, UV and driving summer rain pull the life out of a paint job fast, and anything applied over a dirty or chalky surface starts failing the first season.
We wash the house down, let it dry, seal the hairline cracks that stucco always develops, prime the bare and chalky areas, and put down coatings rated for this climate so the finish stays tight through the storm season.
What is included
- Pressure washing to remove chalk, mildew and salt film
- Stucco cracks cut out, patched and textured to match
- Caulking at windows, doors and control joints
- Masonry primer or sealer on bare and chalky areas
- Elastomeric or acrylic coatings suited to the substrate
- Soffit, fascia, garage doors and front doors on request
- Plants, driveways, windows and fixtures masked and protected
How the job runs
- 1
Inspect
We walk the exterior and note cracks, failing caulk, rot and any area where the old coating has let go.
- 2
Wash
The whole surface gets cleaned and given time to dry. Paint applied over chalk peels — this step is not optional.
- 3
Repair and seal
Cracks patched, joints caulked, bare and chalky spots primed so the topcoat bonds.
- 4
Coat
Full coats sprayed and back-rolled where it counts, then a walkthrough with you.
Common questions
How often should a Florida exterior be repainted?
Five to ten years is typical here depending on sun exposure and how close you are to the water. West and south walls usually give out first.
What about rain in the forecast?
We watch the radar and schedule around it. Coatings need dry time before they can take water, so we would rather push a day than rush a coat.
Do you paint HOA communities?
Yes, and we can work from your community's approved color palette. Get us the approved scheme and we will match it.
