Driveway Painting on the Treasure Coast

Concrete coatings that hide stains and stand up to tire traffic and sun.

A painted driveway lifts the whole front of a house, but only if the coating is made for vehicle traffic. Hot tires will pull an ordinary paint right off the slab.

We clean and treat the oil spots, profile the concrete, patch what needs it, and use coatings rated for driveways so the color stays put when you pull in on a hot afternoon.

What is included

  • Pressure washing and oil-stain treatment
  • Etching or profiling for a mechanical bond
  • Cracks and chips patched and feathered
  • Coatings rated for vehicle and hot-tire traffic
  • Solid color, or scored and banded patterns
  • Garage aprons, walkways and entries to match
  • Landscaping, garage doors and edges masked off

How the job runs

  1. 1

    Clean

Wash the slab and treat oil and rust spots so they do not bleed through the finish.

  2. 2

    Profile

Etch or grind the surface — this is the step that decides whether the coating lasts or flakes.

  3. 3

    Patch

Cracks and chips filled so the finished surface reads flat.

  4. 4

    Coat and cure

Coats applied evenly, then we tell you exactly when you can walk on it and when you can drive on it.

Common questions

When can I park on it again?

Foot traffic comes back quickly; vehicles need the full cure. We give you firm times for the product we put down.

Will hot tires peel it up?

Not with a driveway-rated coating over a properly profiled slab. That combination is the whole job.

Can you cover old oil stains?

We treat them first so they stop bleeding, then coat over them. Deep, long-standing stains sometimes need extra attention and we will tell you upfront.
