About us
A painting company that does the prep
East Coast Painters Inc handles residential and commercial painting across the Treasure Coast — and we would rather take an extra day on prep than hand back a job that looks good for one season.
Who we are
Painting for homes and businesses on the Treasure Coast
We are a painting company working out of the Treasure Coast, covering everything from Vero Beach down through Hobe Sound. Interiors, exteriors, cabinets, pool decks, driveways, drywall repair and staining — residential and commercial alike.
Painting in Florida is its own problem. Sun, salt air, humidity and afternoon storms will find every shortcut in a coating job. That is why most of what we do happens before the first finish coat goes on: washing, patching, caulking, priming and masking.
We quote in writing, we show up when we say we will, and we walk the finished job with you. Every review on our Google profile is five stars, and keeping it that way matters more to us than squeezing in one more job a week.
Our standards
What you can count on, every job
None of this is exotic. It is just the list of things that get skipped when a crew is in a hurry.
- Free estimates with the scope written down before work starts
- Surfaces washed, patched, caulked and primed — not just coated over
- Products chosen for the surface and for Florida sun, salt and humidity
- Furniture, floors, landscaping and fixtures covered and protected
- Job site cleaned up at the end of every day
- A walkthrough with you before we call it finished

5.0 stars on Google
Every review on our Google Business Profile is a five. We would rather keep it that way than rush a job.
Free, written estimates
We come out, look at the actual work, and put the scope in writing so the number you get is the number you pay.
Prep is the job
Washing, patching, caulking and priming are what make a finish last in this climate. We do not skip them to come in cheap.
Residential & commercial
Houses, condos, rentals, offices and storefronts — the same crew and the same standard on all of it.
